A private family graveside service will be held at Calvary Cemetery, where he will be laid to rest next to Barbara.
Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home Saco, Maine are entrusted with his services.
Obituary:
Westbrook - Donald B. Wildes Sr, 82, of Everett Court passed away October 13, 2022, at the Mercy Hospital.
He was born October 11, 1940, in Portland the son of Lester and Victorine Wood Wildes.
Donald attended local schools and graduated from Portland High School. He served in the National Guard.
He was employed for over 36 years in the production at Oakhurst Diary, retiring in 2002.
Donald enjoyed being a family man and collecting O scale trains.
He is predeceased by his wife Barbara Wildes in 2016.
Survivors include his children, Donald Wildes Jr of Steep Falls and his wife Sue, Jeanne Wildes of Westbrook and Katherine Peare of Scarborough, 4 grandchildren Christopher Wildes of Scarborough, Jessica Wildes of Westbrook, Zachary Wildes of Kentucky and Joshua Smith of Oklahoma, a great grandchild Jackson Wildes of Kentucky and a sister in law Mary Ayotte of Saco.
