Eric R. Morin, 36, of Norway Maine, passed away on Tuesday, April 25 after a very brief yet courageous battle with cancer.
Eric was born in Portland Maine on August 14th, 1986, to Robert E. and Mary M. Morin. He grew up in Windham Maine where he spent most of his childhood.
Those that knew him best remember him for his fun-loving and risk-taking personality. Eric loved making anything with a motor faster and louder. He had an incredible skill in repairing bows and arrows. He loved to be outside and would often be out exploring on the four-wheeler for hours.
Eric is survived by his sisters Victoria (Morin) King and Bobbie Jo Morin, daughter Aubriana M. Morin of Norway, son Mason A. Alley of Portland, and many nieces and nephews.
For the last few years, Eric has lived in Norway with his daughter Aubri and her grandparents Steve and Laura Gurney. He has been an active member of the Nazarene church in Norway where he served as a trustee and also oversaw the video and audio ministry. Eric used his building and repair skills to help many of the Nazarene Churches in the Maine district.
