Obituary:
Old Orchard Beach, Susan E. Bachelder, 66, of Saco Ave passed away Friday June 30, 2023, at the Southern Maine Medical Center.
She was born in Guilford, CT, November 13, 1956, the daughter of William and Phyllis Waldorf Marley.
Susan attended local Connecticut schools and graduated from Guilford High School.
Susan was employed by Highview Manor in Branford, CT, later Walmart in Farmington, ME and then at the Lotus Blossom restaurant.
Recently she was employed as a cook for St. Josephs Convent in Biddeford.
She is predeceased by her husband Carroll Bachelder in 1995.
Susan enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, watching her favorite NASCAR driver Tony Stewart, and collecting crystal.
She is survived by 2 sons Christopher Bachelder of Salem Township, ME and his wife Carolyn and Tom Bachelder of Old Orchard Beach and his wife Lexi, 3 grandchildren Trinity, Willow and Gage and her boyfriend of 18 years Ty Sutton.
