Shawn M. Ryder, 50 of South Paris, ME passed away September 28, 2023 surrounded by his loved ones at Maine Medical Center in Portland.
He was born May 11, 1973 in Southbridge, MA the son of Russell and Diane Dimond Ryder.
Shawn grew up in Charlton, MA and later moved to Greenville, Maine to be with his Dad where he would graduate from Greenville High School in 1992.
Shawn worked in tree service most of his life. Shawn enjoyed being in the outdoors hunting, fishing, kayaking and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his wife of 22 years Lori Ryder of South Paris, ME, his parents Russell Ryder Sr. of Greenville, ME and his mother Diane Leite of Charlton, MA, a son Trevor Ryder a daughter Amber Ryder of South Paris 2 grandchildren Jackson Napekoski and Hanna Dakin all of South Paris, ME, a brother Russell Ryder Jr and his wife Gina of Lincoln, ME, 2 sisters Paula Taylor her husband Robert of Saco, ME and Tracy Cote her husband Randy of Charlton, MA. Shawn was loved dearly by his 18 nieces and nephews 33 great nieces and nephews and 2 great, great nephews.
Shawn joins his Grandparents Jean and Richard Ryder, as well as Grace and Arthur Reed in eternal life.

Private family services will be held at the convenience of the family. Dennett, Craig & Pate Funeral Home 13 Portland Rd, Buxton are entrusted with his arrangements.
